5-15-05 All I know is that I did this one on a gloomy day. Have the photos but they are crappy. Don't remember much except I did the standard trail from the Battle Ax saddle then I think I ran up Battle Ax after.
6-9-13 With Karl, Emma and Luna. Hot day. Not sure I'd recommend taking a dog on the East Ridge. Pretty steep in spots with no room for error. Fun scramble though. Neat features on the ridge between summits to play around on. Did Battle Ax after.

Not the first time...
...nor the last time I've done Mount Beachie. I've been coming up to Beachie since the late 90's. Favorite place in Oregon for me. Quiet summit and rarely visited because of its approach. I was lucky enough to share with Emma, Brian Jenkins, and his dog Luna. After Beachie, we ran up Battle Ax Mountain.
