Tried for Oxford
Made the Belford summit in horrendous winds, strong enough to knock me off my feet. Got about 100 yds down the connecting ridge to Oxford before I realized that it wasn't happening. Hopefully Oxford will still be there next time I go back.

Missouri Gulch TH, Ascend Belford W Slopes to Oxford W Ridge
A great hike to knock off 2 14ers. During the descent we passed a guy in real trouble - he hadn't brought enough water or food for the hike. Fortunately most of us had more than we needed and saved his bacon!
