According to Peakbagger and to Papa Bear's Torngats page, the summit is at UTM 590275: 58 deg 53 min N, 63 deg 43 min west, or 58.887 N 63.710 W I've got a topo (series A771 map 14L/13 "Cirque Mountain") that shows the same, and the satellite view on Google Maps matches the topo. I think you forgot to convert the minutes north to decimal when typing in the coordinates on this page.
