Mount Cowen and the Absaroka Range seen from the summit of Mount Ellis

Little Ellis and it’s brother Mount Ellis(also called big Ellis) are located in the Gallatin Range of southwest Montana. They are some of the most easily accessible backcountry peaks near the city of Bozeman.
