sw ridge from Sink Cr.
A long and strenuous day from the Sink Cr. TH. Note that maps do not accurately show the location of the Sink Cr. Trail #861. There's a summit register at the top started on 9-26-10 and I was the only one to sign it since then. View from the top was great, with Capitol Peak visible to the north. Saw 4 big bucks on the west ridge on my way down. Also saw 3 bears in the creek drainage, so be bear aware.

South Ridge
Great peak! I shuttle hiked from Bald Mountain Reservoir to Curecanti Pass and down Sink Creek. Ascended Guero via the south ridge, which was scary loose low down but got better quickly. Also explored the peak's west ridge, which would be a feasible route as well.
