With Lost Horse and Ryan
The incoming "atmospheric river" was visible over the Santa Rosas across the valley, so skies were grayer than I'd hoped. Great views of classic Colorado Desert foothill terrain along the ridgeline. The solitude was outstanding - even had Keys View to myself before heading up.

Nice easy Climb
Nice climb to the Summit. It wasn't too hot outside but I still ended up getting a bit too much sun. Still a great climb and fantastic views.

Inspiring Engagement
On my first visit to Joshua Tree, I knew I wanted to see the view over the lip down to Palm Springs. Being a crowded NP free day, we decided to hike up the hill to leave the crowd behind. When we reached the summit, we found a rock with an arrow fashioned out of copper wire placed on top of the summit. While Alicia was taking a sunset picture of the art piece left behind, I placed her grandmother's engagement ring on the arrow. Needless to say, I'll never forget this hike!

Inspiration, Tensor, Spectre, Sheep Hole
A fun 4 day trip with Heather along with some rock climbing routes.
Started early at 6:15am from Keys view to beat the heat and it was quite pleasant. The area was absolutely deserted except for the big snake i almost stepped on. Very nice views of the coachella valley and San Jacinto. Even at a moderate pace only took about 1.5 hours roundtrip. Register is still there, but not too many summer visitors have signed.
