I got some inspiration from the page, because mountains in the state of Washington (especially Mount Rainier) are with Yosemite valley in California on my wish list for my next US trip. I like especially the fotos!
Did my first trip to Rainier last month. This page pretty much sums it up.
Will be back!!!
Do not know, however while out there last week I overheard that question asked and there is an answer. Try contacting one of the guides at Rainier Mountaineering, Inc. in Asford - they are extremely helpful and they could probably tell you.
Please add some information about refuges in the area, thank you.
6Apr2004--vertx...WOW! Great work!
a more descriptive summary of major rout's would be nice. Example: Distances vertical and horizantal from trailheads to base camps. Just a thought
(Still could use a signature photo, though ;-)
A signature photo would be nice. Otherwise a good page.
Hey Mark. Awesome job fixing up this page! I like it a lot now. Thanks Bro.
nice job, the page looks great now
Wow. Great page vertx! Rainier had been in need of a major update for a very long time. You've done a wonderful job. Also thanks for selecting my photo for the signature photo :-) It's an incredible mountain.
Great job on this page...Love everything about it.
Awesome page and breathtaking photo
Great page... I am in the midst of deciding if I want to do this climb in late August with my boyfriend (tlogan)... we'll see. I will have to train for it, and do a few in Vancouver before we head south.
Thanks for the great info. Cheers! Rachel
Very thorough page, this mountain of substantial magnitude is well represented.
