Mount Tarpey
Mount Tarpey is located in the Promonotory Mountains on the northern end of the Great Salt Lake. It is 6,979 feet in elevation and separated from Messix Peak by Maple Canyon. The mountain rises abruptly above the valley to the west. This mountain and nearby Messix Peak are located on private land and permission must be granted to hike up it.
