"Got tight last night on absinthe and did knife tricks. Great success shooting the knife into the piano. The woodworms are so bad and eat hell out of all furniture that you can always claim the woodworms did it."

Untitled CommentGood addition - that nearly rounds out the mountainous Colorado county highpoints. Aside from hp's which are sub-summits(Huerfano, Rio Blanco, Teller counties), only Castle Rock(Montrose) remains. (I don't know if SP is ready for Denver's "Belleview & Kipling" any time soon!)

Untitled CommentThe mountain certainly has a different appearance than the peaks in San Juans I have been to! PS, remember to add it to the mountain group.

Untitled CommentThanks for adding this mountain page. I hiked Bennet in summer of 2000 approaching Blowout pass from the other direction. I had to leave two wheel drive pickup about half a mile below pass and walk. I didn't find a summit register in 2000. Is there one in place in 2005? slowbutsteady
