Thanks for the feedback. I know that there is so much to submit from India (except Himalayas). I have been an active outdoors guy in the western ghats, and have hiked up quite a bit of forts built by Shivaji Maharaj, to name a few - Torna, Rajgad, Raigad, Lohagad, Visapur, Tunga, Tikona, Purander, Wajragad etc etc. I could start entering information for all these forts, but you can't exactly call them summits, so I am a bit doubtful.
Regarding Aarohak, yes, it was a group formed by my friend, and there are LOADS of hiking clubs in Pune. In case you are interested in getting some or ANY information on western ghats, you can contact me, and I will try to give you as detailed information as possible.

Untitled CommentLooks like a good page, except for the lack of photos.

Untitled CommentGood work. Glad to see a page from a region in India
other than the Himalayas.
Is there a local tekking/climbing/mountaineering club
which provide more info or help? If yes, listing their
contact would be a good addition to the page.
Is "Aarohak" a Pune-based adventure club?
