Re: Great

Because he would like to give you 10/10, but is afraid of my resentment, as he had to correct (I asked for that) a vote of my Lemez pages from 10/10 on 9/10. ha, ha, ha. That's crazy. Poor Rok :-))
But this page is better than Lemez - so, Rok, go ahead :-)
But still, it's not as great as Velebit page or Triglav page. Hm?

Re: Great

Oh, Vid. Yes. I would like to give 10/10 for everybody who is giving effort of sharing us something beautifull. But, Vid put me on the right way. They learned me in scholl: God knows for 5, books knows for 4, I (teacher) for 3, and for you .....

Re: Great

Yes, that's the other extreme (much more wrong) - how nobody in school can get more than 3. Here, we have the opposite. But these votes are really not very important.

Re: Great

hahaha... Rok, please be more confident. It's your freedom to give the vote which you like. The real vote for that page is really 10/10. This page we can't compare with page of Velebit, because that page of Velebit is the page of whole Area&Range (or massif) and include many more facts, information and photos. The page of Veliko Spicje is just the page about one Mountain&Rock (or peak). So, 10/10 vote for Veliko Spicje page is the real value for Mountain&Rock level.

Whoa - surprise!

That's a pleasant surprise, Sasa! This page was one of the most needed of Julian Alps. Thanks for doing it!

Yes, travelling by the narrov ridge of Spicje - from Prehodavci is one of the most beautiful tours in Julian Alps.

Now you don't need to write a lot about all huts. Prehodavci already has its page. And the Tale of Goldhorn too - look on the left-side links ;-)

Perhaps I'll think of some other things.

Cheers!

Re: Whoa - surprise!

Thanks Vid! Today I got the idea about this page and started working on it :-) Yes, this was one of last important mountains missing in Julians. Can't think of any other but Briceljk still missing (of important ones). Forgot about the huts option, I'm still partially running on old software hehehe Ooops, didn't notice Goldhorn story till now, great article!

Cheers!

Re: Whoa - surprise!

Among types, I'd choose for V. Spicje also: mountaineering (it's not just a hike, the ascent), trad climbing (I understand it's traditional climbing (?)), don't know if via ferrata would qualify (zavarovana plezalna pot).

Have you noticed that you have the editor role for Prehodavci hut?

Re: Whoa - surprise!

Done! Didn't include ferrata. In my mind it has to be more secured and tougher (zelo zahtevno) to be called ferrata, like Triglav from Kredarica. But if you think it qualifies as ferrata I'll put it, no problem. I noticed editors role but didn't notice anything to edit! ;-)

Finally, your written page in What's New! Great Comeback for our excellent page writer!
I can't believe that Veliko Spicje was outside till now?! I was thinking that whole Julian Alps are finished. So, good perception Sasa!

Re: Great Comeback!

Thanks Vlado! Yes, new page after a while. Veliko Spicje was probably last IMPORTANT mountain missing in Julian Alps. Couldn't wait any longer for Vid and Bor to make it :-)

Beautiful as always.

One eyesore on my wide screen however: the thumbs in the overview section are placed to the right of the large picture. You need only two or three sentences more so that the text wraps around the large picture and everything is well again ...

Re: Beautiful as always.

Thanks Gangolf! Ah, that large resolution! I have 1152 width so text barely fits below the photo and thumbs are OK. Thanx for the info, I'll fix it. This thing really annoys me! I’ll put thumbs into classic html table.
