Thanks for posting this. I printed a map for it last week but didn't know it had a local name or any trails. USGS maps show it as an elevation of 7475. See: http://listsofjohn.com/PeakStats/Climbers.php?Id=20561
It also has 535 feet prominence making it an official peak for us peakbaggers. My maps also show most of the mountain being within the Mount Naomi Wilderness.
Well thanks for the additional information. I got the name from an old timer in the area, and have also seen it referred to by the name on Google Earth.
