Can't belive it took this long for this great-looking mtn. to be added to SP. Tried it (NE Ridge) this year but got rained off....oh well next year. Saw the trip report of your climb on EBC site - fun stuff.
Thanks for adding this great page and for the fine route photos - sure to be a great help when I climb this next year. (I think that I already have a partner lined up - right Martin?)
My only suggestion would be mention of the other routes on the peak - perhaps in a routes overview section of some sort.
Excellent page Paul. Thanks for adding it. Well written text and good photos. Can't wait to try it. I agree that a route overview would make it even better.

Untitled CommentNice page. Gotta make it up to the N Cascades at some point to climb some of those bad boys.

updatesNW Forest pass not required at trailhead according to Marblemount-based NCNP rangers as of 2008.
Two winter ascents, at least, have been recorded as of 2008. FWA 1986 according to Beckey, and FWA NE Ridge by Colin Haley and Dan Aylward 2005.
