This page had been Scott's after having been dumped on him by somebody that obviously didn't want to take care of it anymore, and we downvoted it to allow him to put it up for adoption. The page looks pretty good now, thanks.
See comments below. When I just visited the page it was still at 2.1 stars, with another zero it falls below the adoption limit. Let's see if it works. Once there is a new maintainer, drop me a line and I will upgrade my vote.

Untitled CommentI believe Scott was the owner before you adopted it. He wished not to be the owner so we all "pitched in" to downvote the page into adoption mode.
