On the evening of July 24,...
On the evening of July 24, 1999 at Paddy-Go-Easy Pass looking west toward Mt. Daniel, this sunbeam (a fang of sunlight) was one of the more spectacular weather phenomena I have seen. Trust me, it was much cooler to see in person. The developed photograph didn't really do it justice. This picture shows the scene in that direction the next morning.
