This is a view of the north...
This is a view of the north (Big Creek) side of the 7,760-ft saddle west of Seven Fingered Jack one has to climb over on the way to Fernow from Leroy Creek (which is on the other side). My route off the saddle was from the rocks at right-center down the slabby rock to the snowfield at right. Some parties have reported having trouble with this dismount. Aug. 10, 1996.
