Mt Baldy Trail 2014

Last Thursday I decided to Hike to the summit of Mt Baldy after a quick winter storm. I took the Mt Baldy Trail by the Forestry Ranger station straight to the summit. It was a wonderful hike with the snow and great weather combination. Here are some great pictures I took along the way.

As I continued hiking up Mt Baldy Trail I came to an area called Bear Flats, there I got this picture.

I made my way pass the Pine trees along the trail until a great view of Icehouse canyon came into view.

More

Since this is a trip report, think about entering more narrative. This is a great route to Baldy's summit. You could describe the ridge, views of the bowl, the summit, etc.
