And an interesting story as well! 430 miles makes for a long drive each way but it obviously was worth it! Kinda addictive isn't it?

Very addicitive. "Compulsion" is mentioned in "Freedom of the Hills" in "There are qualities to mountaineering that bring inspiration and joy in a pursuit that is more than a pastime, more than a sport a passion, certainly, and sometimes a compulsion."

I hit 100 distinct peaks last year, on Blanca, and it's a pretty nifty milestone, for sure. Hoping to hit 200 sometime next summer, with a few 14ers left to tag, so maybe we'll meet up somewhere in the high country...
