Thanks Alec, those are nice words indeed. Good luck on your hoped for job, it'd be a nice one to get. I've never skied Mt Hood Meadows but I do have some nice stuff near where I'm living now in Utah.

Solo Sept.

Would you recommend a solo climb this time of year (early sept.)?

I really wouldn't recommend a solo climb any time of the year. My solo was a fluke and just one of those situations that worked out that one time. Rock fall in September is a real concern. I'd recommend talking to one of the Mount Hood guide service people as they may not guide at this time of the year.
