Mt. Larrabee (7,868 ft) to...

Mt. Larrabee (7,868 ft) to the NNW of Mt. Triumph on Sept. 27, 2003. Extending just to the right of Larrabee are The Pleiades. Closer in on the left is Ruth Mountain. The reddish dark point in front of The Pleiades is Granite Mountain (6,688 ft) with Hannegan Peak being the lower beige-ish peak to its right. The large peak at far right is "Chardonnay" (Pk 7020+, 1740P).

Correction

I ran across this impressive image while updating the Hannegan page and preparing to make a Granite page. The dark point in front of the Pleiades is actually Granite Mountain while the reddish mass lower to the right is Hannegan. The gray peak is Mount Chardonnay.

Just curious, did you know Dallas Kloke personally?

Re: Correction

Thanks. Well I did say "I think" in the old caption. I have updated the caption.

I only knew Dallas through email correspondence.
