Mt. St. Helens trail of two forests

This was a very interesting area on the south side of Mt. St. Helens near the Ape Caves (lava tubes). The big hole is were a lava flow surrounded a tree (since burnt & decayed) and the rock wave is where the lava was just flowing over a fallen tree! very cool stuff. July 08
