Aron Ralston took this shot while at Camp 1. We felt fortunate to spend 5 nights in this glacial-clad heaven. The views of the surrounding mountains were spectacular, and we acclimated well to the elevation. We could also ski/jog back to basecamp in ~3 hours in case we wanted a home-cooked meal.
