Re: RiverIt sue is. The river was icy but not as much as our previous trip to it. I was hoping to run into some climbers to take action photos, but it was much too cold for climbing, just like the other time.

Re: a scary placeI was thinking of that exact thing. But, the turnouts have been improved. But, yes you are only feet away from the traffic for belaying many of the climbs. Never have climbed there. It doesn't look very easy with all those smooth cracks.
