Last Sunlight of the day strikes N. Trapper Peak, the ridge to the left connects with Trapper Peak, and the ridge line on the right is actually the E ridge of N.Trapper Peak, made to look larger due to fore-shortening. 10/14/06

Where was this taken and what is this ridge.

This photo is taken from just below the descent gully from the saddle above Gem Lake, looking N towards N.Trapper peak, the highest point on the ridge. If you look closely, you can see the diagonal ridge line in front that makes up the E side of the main couloir approach to the slabs.
