I'd give it a bit of Cholula sauce, but not
too much, as it could spoil the flavor.

like usual in nepal it was quite spicy. and very good.
but after 2 weeks it got monotonous...

Yeah, I felt the same way when visiting
SE Asia.

They kept on telling me "tongue of boar"
was good for you, and if you ate enough of it, your own tongue would grow longer.
