Nearing summit of Mt. Combatant

We had just come down from Mt.Waddington the day before and the original plan was for a much needed rest day.We had a leisurely late breakfast of blueberry pancakes and champagne to celebrate our success. By 11am we were already bored, and staring up at Mt.Combatant right above camp was too much.It was also rare perfect weather so off we went. Crack of noon start and so the pictures at the top are quite late in the day but it was an easy descent by headlamp. Great fun!
