is that official?Can you officially to put a tent over there? or do you have to wait and build it after dark?

I am outdoor like some single animal. You know such an animal does not disturb environment. My behaviour is the same. Only prints of my feet are visible there. I put my tent at evening before darkness is coming because I must prepare earlier my evening meal. I need water for that but I do not prefer to camp near any stream or on meadows low situated because such places are moist and during cold night heavy fog is created. I take water which I need into 4 plastic bottles and use it for evening and morning meals. In general, I like very much camps on open summits where wind dries my tent and where beautiful appearance of sun is well visible. This photo was taken with the use of a flash-lamp at night. Any sleeping in a tent is not continuous, it is broken very often, sometimes there is some occasion to take a photo like this.
