Snow on the north face, slow going, wouldn't do it again in the snow.

Amazing ledge
Hiked across the goat ledge in cloudy conditions that prevented us from seeing all they way down except for one brief glance, which was scary. There was snow on the ledges, but it was crunchy and footing was decent. We missed the east couloir in the fog and made the grand tour circuit instead, but weather and a backpack dropped about a thousand feet down the southwest face cut our summit attempt short. Had to wait a few years to nab the summit itself, in glorious sunny weather.
The Reynolds ledge seems to be wider and easier to navigate than the north face ledge on Mount Clements, but it does traverse above steeper and more immediate exposure. At least you only have to hike this one in one direction....

North Face & East Couloir
This route was very exhilarating, as it demanded my attention at all times. There were two patches of snow on the North Face, so it added quite a bit of "pucker factor" to the day! Descent was by way of the SW slope, which I had already climbed twice before. This made a "grand tour" of the mountain, which felt good.
