North from Telescope

Telescope Peak 11,049' is the top of Death Valley Nat. Park. This guy had some interesting climbs to tell as we met on the summit. It was super windy but warm and totally clear for well over 100 miles 360. Besides the Sierra the San Bernardinos to the southwest, White Mtn. Peak to the north and the Spring Mtns. east of Las Vegas were all visible. May '06
