Pike?What lake did you catch it in? DF&G has been long trying to get them out of the state. Lake Davis was drained to try to kill them off. They eat the salmon and trout in the lakes.
edit: my apologies, I assumed this was in the state of CA.

Re: Pike?Hey no problem Marmaduke...this was caught at Yuba Reservoir in Utah. The UDWR put these guys in only a handful of lakes.....and at Yuba the pike fishing this year has been better than the last 22 years!
They are very aggressive and eat themselves out of home and food.
Yuba is FULL of Carp so homefully these pike are doing their part in keeping their numbers down.
