I spent 5 days in the area last week and didn't see any bears...disappointing and a relief at the same time ;-) Though there were warnings of a Sow Grizzly and her cub posted all around the area. Good news is they have very good, steel food cache boxes at the Naiset cabins and all designated campsites. (thanks for the vote!)

Good page but it looks like several of your links are outdated.
A Canadian peak needs hiking distances in metric/kilometers to mean anything to anyone researching it. Of course, it could have both imperial and metric to cater to everyone.
