Oak Fern (Gymnocarpium dryopteris)
Oakfern grows in moist forests and from cracks in moist rocks across most of Canada and south to much of the northern U.S. Generally it is limited to lower and middle elevations, may grow higher in protected wet rocks. This photo is from White Pine Creek in north Idaho.
