Serious ErrorAt least, if you're a prominence highpointer. The map on your route page is for Dogskin BM, not the highpoint of the range. Another point a few miles south is the prominence point. Other highpointers have made this same error. Don't lead future ones astray!

Re: Serious ErrorNo. I mapped it wrong during my planning and climbed to the benchmark. I was in the middle of a cloud on the summit and could only see about 100ft. I had no idea that another taller peak was just south of me. I will be back in the area this spring and will look for the right place at that time. At least I was in the right mountain range...
Thanks for catching this one. It never occurred to me that a benchmark with "Dogskin" could be a couple miles from the high point.
