Piegan, Pollock, Bishop's Cap, and Oberlin for an epic "4 for the 4th." Hauled a grill up Oberlin for a sunset grill out. One of the most memorable days of the summer.
Mark slipped while climbing up onto a snowfield and racked his balls on the edge. What a memory!
This is a great introduction to GNP. Easy trail to Piegan Pass, and easy cross-country scramble to a saddle and summit. Stable slopes, expansive views. Probably the easiest major summit in the park.
Climbed with a friend from work. Super clear and windy day. Awesome views.

2011 - solo
started at Siyeh Pass, in combination with Cataract Mountain and Pollock Mt., descended via Lunch Creek.
From lunch creek solo.
Climbed this one with Jose and Colin, two Peak Performers, from Lunch Creek. A very hungover climb, never felt so good after a sweat. The saddle above Piegan Glacier was impressive, as were the views from the summit. The views of Blackfoot Glacier Basin and a slew of 10000 footers await atop this easy summit. From here we headed for Pollock...
Lots of goats!
For such an easy climb, the summit views, particularly towards the Blackfoot Glacier Basin, were really impressive.
Part of the trifecta.
Fun climb, but very windy and unable to enjoy the summit for as long as we would have liked to. Storm came in quickly. Great views.
Climbed solo. Also did Pollock and Bishop's Cap. Then came down the gully between Pollock and Bishop's Cap.
This was the first mountain of the day of a traverse that included Pollock and Bishops Cap.
A bit easier than Pollock, but why not climb both while you're there? Amazing view from the summit down to the glacier on the east face.
Climbed with Holly and Red from Siyeh, descended through lunch creek into the worst lightning and hail in my life. Scary weather.
I can't think of a better way to sweat out a hangover.
Fun mountain to climb. Climbed with Rebelgrizz & Cougar14.
1982 with Bill. Also summited Pollock.
Again with Ron in 2012 after climbing Pollock from Lunch Creek.
