Great Little Mountain  Sucess!

The view is spectacular (in one direction). This is by far the most remote mountain I have ever climbed. The nearest town is Christchurch, NZ, 2145 miles away. My home is 13,000 miles away.

Nice hill  Sucess!

Went up first time 11/11 2007. Got stuck in Mactown (on my way to pole) so I went up Ob Hill several times (three ascents one day). Second season I climbed it again several times since I was stuck in McM in both directions. The view towards black island is just extraordinary! One of the top 3 views I´ve came across.

One of the best excursions allowed to us while working at Mac town. I lost count of the times I climbed it, normally several a week. Great views of the surrounding area from the top.

Observation Hill is the best, easy way to exercise when staying at McMurdo Station, Antarctica. Reaching the summit takes less than 20 minutes if you hurry. The view is unlike anywhere else in the world. I climbed the peak 7 times during my stay, and wish i'd done it 70.
