try a certified guide next time (there are about 30 UIAGM/IFMGA certified guides in Bolivia from AGMTB, and like hundred of not certified guides), at least where I work we try to make it a full experience when we take clients to the mountain, Im sorry about your "guided experience".... saludos desde Chile.
