THanks Jim.

It was just a sweet, sweet day of climbing!

Not a soul in sight besides us & perfect weather...and two great "mini summits".

You should check these out next time you're in S. Oregon.

Great Page Radek

I just got this book this year and plan on heading south for some of the described climbs. The area looks incredible.

THanks Hammer.

It was definitely fun stuff - obscure and not a soul around AND you get to bag two fun little summits, complete with registers.

Thanks for Memories

Radek - As a member of the First Ascent parties of both Old Man and Old Woman, I want to thank you for the page. Back in the late 50's, early 60's there were not that many climbers around Roseburg - In fact only three of us - We learned by doing it, and sticky shoes, cams, harnesses, etc, etc, were not known - I have been back many times, On these rocks and Eagle Rock, but now at 75 I am only doing 5.7 - Thanks for the pictures

Re: Thanks for Memories

Hi Gary,
An amazing tower climb in Oregon that Old Man route of yours is! Really quality climbing on very good stone - God knows most of these formations around here are falling apart it seems but this one was clean and solid. Thank YOU Sir for putting this up. Kindest regards,
Radek
