One of the first views of...
One of the first views of Matterhorn Peak via the Horse Creek Trail. Although it's tempting to head straight up to the base by covering some class 3 ground, which is what we did, the class 1-2 trail actually continues south (left) and ascends the tree covered ridge to the left in the photo.
