One of the nice views

you get from near the top of Badger Mountain is this one. In the foreground is Candy Mountain, just beyond it is Red Mountain and in the distance is Rattlesnake mountain. West Richland is part of the suburbia you can see to the right.

You can usually see Stuart in this view

I've been able to see Stuart up here moreso than any other cascade peak. Rainier has been the most elusive of the big three volcanoes, I've seen it just once from up here.

On an occasional crystal clear day, you can see Hood, Adams and Rainier. Yes, and Stuart as well. Those days are rare. Adams kind of hides a bit but you can see part of it. Spring is one of my favorite seasons there. My wife is in Kennewick right now (grandkids).
