Started at Coney Flats and traversed from Elk Tooth to Sawtooth, passing over "Ooh La La" en route. I'd like to return for a snow climb sometime.
I was attempting the Tooth to Tooth Traverse, but I had to bail before I made it to "Red Deer Mountain" due to approaching t-storm clouds.
Great views of Elk Tooth from here. Passed over the summit enroute from Elk Tooth to Sawtooth. Great day on the divide. RT 7:20 from Coney Flats.
The Saint Vrain glaciers area is incredible. Lots of interesting snow climbs to the continential divide are possible here as well as the east ridge on Elk Tooth/Ogalalla.
