Our route

is being photographed by Dennis Poulin as we approached from the Mineral Basin side. We went up the green vegetated area to the black rocks and then worked our way to the ridge from there. The green area is much steeper than it appears and was slower than I thought it would be. The route goes up to the top of East Twin and then works its way all the way over to West Twin seen on the far right. 8-19-06

OK, OK, I may have erred. It wasn't Kansas, I may have gotten Kansas mixed up with Nebraska.
Ski Nebraska, that's my motto. Dennis of course is rather sensitive as I had referred to his wanting to do anything in Kansas (Mt. Sunflower) before tackling AF Twins.
