De toutes façons, c'est un très joli bulletin, et ça me ramène à des souvenirs encore très vivants, bien que c'est déjà en 1988 que j'avais fait mon "trip to Triglav" à moi! Je n'avais pas énormément de chance avec le temps qu'il faisait, mais néanmoins c'était une expérience inoubliable!

I also did the seven lakes route to Triglav in summer 2008, so your story brought back nice memories from this beutiful place in the alps. I hope to head back again this summer!

Dream CountryI agree that Slovenia – a convenient meeting point for the Romance, Germanic, Slavic and Hungarian speaking mountain goers seems to be the most promising nominee for Capital/Heart of Mountainous Europe as it has the Alps but neighbours both the Carpathian Basin and the Balkans, and is home to both the ibex and the bear as well as a paradise for both the technical climber and the scrambler.
