My ReviewThe pit zips are fantastic and make it so that it breathes exceptionally when using it in warmer weather. The fleece line pockets are great in winter. This is 100% waterproof. I have never had a problem.
This jacket is tough as nails. i have put it through hell and it has come out without any kind of abrasion whatsoever. it has an athletic fit, but still leaves room to layer fleece and under-armour during cold expeditions.
This will most likely end up being the only shell you use. It is worth sacrificing a couple ounces for the sheer performance when backpacking, and it is my most important piece of gear when in the snow.
Props to Mountain Hardware, I'll have a hard time buying anything else.
