Panorama of la Meije (3983m) on the left, and le Rateau (3809m) on the right. Shot from near the first cable car station of the telepheriques de la Grave, at around 2500m. You can hike further up (or take the cable car :) to the second cable car station at 3000+m, but the views aren't actually as spectacular as this. Click here for a larger version

I forgot I had it even, because I couldn't stitch the photos together with my old panorama-software. I'm so glad I upgraded. The photo is made from 5 vertical shots, since the mountain is so big that it doesn't fit in the camera-frame at all. Quite a sight!
