Re: I was wondering
Had a good week, I thought the north face of Castleton was even a better route than Primrose and that surprised me. I am sure remote desert climbs are not glorious enough to grace the front cover along with Gangolf's hikes, but I guarantee they are a hell of lot more fun Dan. Cheers.

Re: I
thanks Dug, it was a fun day, except we went to Mineral Springs Point instead of "Bottom", costing us two hours of slow driving at the start...kind of funny..you go all the way to the end of mineral point on a slow dirt road..ran into a pretty good dip, knew the FJ could do it no problem...but time for a piss break and sent my young energetic partner to scout out the road ahead....tire tracks practically go to the edge of the canyon at that point, no log laid down, no sign of course...now you know some 4 wheeling dude with one two many has surely driven off Island in the Sky at that point...don't think the extra tire going to do you much good there...cheers
