Partulina perdix

A snail endemic to this mountain. In other words, it's rare and endangered. Our guides made a point to show them to us on trees along the boardwalk. How convenient that they reside on plants along the boardwalk. You have to lift a leaf here and there to find them. If this were a nature TV show, I'd have almost thought they were purposely planted there for me as if I were David Attenborough. Feb. 2017.
