Peak 8,042 and Colt Lake

Looking across the head of the Colt Creek basin to unnamed peak 8,042. The summit is the small dark triangle point on the broad ridge on the left. The lake is Colt Lake, which is one of several in the basin and the only one with a name. Though its the largest, its fairly shallow. Photo is from the south ridge connecting to Grave Peak. July 2009
