From Vestal Basin
Hiked up Peak Two & Peak Three from Vestal Basin on the 3rd day of an 8 day backpacking trip.

nice day in a high country
Started from a camp at Eldorado Lake, climbed White Dome while still dark, nice morning on Peak One (including breakfast), windy descent from Peak One on a ridge into Upper Storm Gulch, east slopes to south ridge up Peak Three and over Peak Three to Peak Two. From Peak Two into upper Elk Creek drainage and onto Colorado Trail and back to Eldorado Lake. Caught in a storm with lighting on the way back (luckily I was on the trail by that time).
