Peavine from the Steamboat Ditch
Once again the snow subsided within a few days. By 10 days the snow pack on Peavine had withered to nearly the lowest since fall. This view is from up on the Steamboat Ditch bike trail. Peavine is just across the Truckee River and I-80 about 5 miles straight as the crow flies.
