I believe the largest gold nugget ever found in Colorado was found on Pennsylvania Mountain. I think it is on display at the Denver Musuem of Nature & Science. I will do some research... If I find anything I will forward it to you.

To answer your question: yes, I am stationed at Buckley AFB, though I am in the Army. I've been here just over a year now and have up to two years left here, though I could be called elsewhere at any time. Meanwhile, trying to see as much of Colorado as I can!
